The service
Exhibited.ai prepares a research report about the exhibitors of a trade show you choose, at the depth of the plan you buy (Basic, Starter or Full). Plan contents are described on the pricing section. Each purchase covers one event.
Payment and start of work
Payment is processed by Gumroad. Research starts only after Gumroad confirms payment. Your order is confirmed by Gumroad's receipt, not by submitting the order form.
Delivery
We deliver by email within 48 hours after payment is confirmed and we have your completed order details. Full plan orders are handled first. If details are missing, we contact you and the 48 hours start once we have them.
Refunds
Full refund if we are unable to map your event, for example when the exhibitor data is unavailable or too thin to be useful. Contact exhibitedai@exhibitedai.com.
Limitations
Reports use publicly available information only. We cannot guarantee a contact, email or data point for every exhibitor. "Verified" refers to a technical email check at research time, not a guarantee of accuracy or reply. Contacts are relevant people at a company, not people confirmed to attend. Classifications, reasons and conversation starters are research aids and opinions, not facts or professional advice. We do not promise meetings, sales or other results.
