By email within 48 hours: a ranked target list, the classified exhibitor spreadsheet and a booth map, at the depth of your plan.

All plans cover the whole exhibitor directory. The public sample shows the Full plan; Basic does not include news, conversation starters or contacts.

- Refunds: full refund if we are unable to map your event. If the exhibitor data turns out to be unavailable or too thin to be useful, we tell you and refund in full.
- Contacts (Full plan): we research relevant decision-makers from public sources. Not every company will have one. A contact is a relevant person at the company, not someone confirmed to attend, and a technically verified email does not guarantee a reply.

Who is behind Exhibited.ai
Exhibited.ai is a small, independent research service for trade-show exhibitors and visitors. Research is prepared with AI tools, and a person reviews every report before it is sent: the classification of each company, the reasons and the sources. Orders are handled by Tom Miller. What exactly do I get?
An Excel spreadsheet with the exhibitors classified for your business, a ranked target list and a booth map, delivered by email. Starter adds company news and a conversation starter for your potential customers. Full adds decision-maker research with available business emails and a CRM-ready CSV.
Which events can you cover?
B2B trade shows that publish an exhibitor list. Send the event's website or exhibitor page. If we are unable to map your event, you get a full refund.
Can I get a free personalized sample first?
You can see the format and level of detail in our public sample. Personalized research starts after purchase; the Basic plan is €9.99.
When does the 48-hour delivery clock start?
When Gumroad confirms your payment and we have your completed order details. If something is missing, we email you and the clock starts once we have it.
Is the map an exact floor plan?
When the organizer publishes a usable floor plan, we mark the booths on it. Otherwise the map is a schematic view grouped by hall and booth reference, which helps you plan a route but is not exact indoor navigation.
Are the contacts confirmed to attend the show?
No. They are relevant people at each company found in public sources. We do not know who will staff each booth.
Where does the information come from?
Public sources only: the event's exhibitor listing, company websites, press coverage, professional networks and public business databases. Factual items carry a source and date. Anything we cannot confirm is marked as uncertain rather than guessed.
